WELLNESS AND GRIEF

When we experience grief it can be difficult to manage emotions and feelings or even just to look after ourselves. practising wellness can give you positive ways to deal with your feelings. Everyone experiences grief differently, but making time for your wellbeing can make a positive difference at any stage.

Examples of Wellness

  • This could be anything from getting outside for fresh air, moving your body in a way that feels good for you or eating a nourishing meal.

  • Talking to friends and family,having supporting people around you and knowing your boundaries with social activities.

  • Managing stress, knowing positive outlets to express yourself, building your self-esteem and having coping mechanisms for hard days.
