It’s time to get support…

Sometimes, we need an extra hand with dealing with our loss, this is completely normal. People of all ages, backgrounds and personalities can access the services listed below. If you need immediate support, please call, text, or message the amazing helplines below or call 999 if you feel you’re at risk of hurting yourself or anyone else.

  • Call for practical advice on your loss, Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm. Call Bereavement Advice Centre on 0800 634 9494.

  • Support for 18 year olds & under and their relatives. Call Childline on 0800 1111.

  • Contact Cruse on 0808 808 1677.

  • Support focussed on younger people (children and teenagers) to talk about their loss, Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm. Call Grief Encounter on 0808 802 0111.

  • Bereavement support line for those impacted by drug, alcohol and gambling abuse. Open 9am - 9pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call DrugFam on 0300 888 3853.

  • Open 7am and 10pm for emotional support about your loss. Call the National Bereavement Partnership on 0800 448 0800.

  • 24-hour support and an optional assessment to help decide the best course of care. Find your local number on the NHS.

  • Whatever you’re going through a Samaritan will face it with you. Call Samaritans on 116 123 (UK only) at anytime and for any reason.

  • Support for anyone to to talk about their loss, Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm. Call Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide on 0300 111 5065.
