An Instagram community for young grief and sibling loss, run by Nafeesa Arshad.

Posts inspirational affirmations, funny quotes, and stories from other grievers.

Runs creative Make & Play Collage Workshops in London that provide a community space to connect with grief and trauma.

Nafeesa also hosts a podcast with Abbie Brett called What the Funk? where they chat about wtf issues, from the unserious to the serious.
